Lai.Club is operated under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).

What we collect

• Your name, email, WhatsApp number, and language goals at sign-up
• Your WhatsApp messages with the tutor (text, voice notes, photos, PDFs)
• Service logins you explicitly save for the browser concierge (encrypted at rest)

How we use it

• To respond to your messages and generate personalised lessons
• To process payments (via Stripe)
• To perform browser tasks you authorise, with your saved logins

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@lai.club, or by sending /delete-account on WhatsApp.
